Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy eating habits and providing dietary guidance to patients.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and the importance of nutrition
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Provide health coaching to support patients in achieving their dietary goals
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional status
- Administer tube feeding when necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Experience in health coaching and providing dietary counseling
- Familiarity with alimentary requirements and dietary restrictions
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques
- Competence in tube feeding procedures
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately
